I am so glad to have used Blue Brick. Shelley is fantastic - very quick to respond and to clarify things. Tom and Jacob are amazing too, always answering our questions and keeping us at ease. We didn't have a agent (builder wouldn't pay for a buying agent) so we asked non-loan related questions too and they answered them all. The interest rate was best we got and the free lock period was also longer than what other offered. I would highly using Blue Brick.

Did everything they promised in their mail letter . Great to work with responsive to all questions, easy to get everything done and signed through online services . Ally was especially great in running down questions or finding information, would definitely recommend and do business with them again .

Recently, my wife and I refinanced our Fleming Island FL home loan with Blue Brick Financial, to convert from adjustable ARM to fixed rate for duration of loan. From first contact with Loan Officer, Aaron Beynon, everything went as promised for a "no closing costs to borrower" refinancing. As soon as I submitted requested documents, the rate was fixed and I am happy with the rate.  They kept us posted and advised, as we submitted necessary documentation to support the loan and everything happened easily and in a timely manner.  The notary who came to our house to get closing document signatures was very efficient and knowledgeable and made the process pleasant. Our entire experience with the refinancing was pleasant and professional. We commend all those mentioned above, thank them for their help, and we highly recommend Blue Brick Financial

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great communication, electronic signatures, a great title company with a mobile notary that brings your closing documents to your home or office. My refinance was easy, seamless and did not cost me anything. Then I refinanced my investment property and had the pleasure of working with Bryce, Rod, Jacob and Whitney again for a fast, professional, and seamless transaction. I just applied for another mortgage today for an investment property because it was so easy to work with all of them and I know I can close quickly.

All of the staff was efficient and professional thru out a very challenging refinance. They kept me informed thru every step of the process. They were accurate and informative. I will go back to them if I need another refi and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Without a second thought!!!
